Why Is Your Body Your Enemy and Gains Weight

Do you feel like your body is your friend or your enemy in terms of eating and weight? If you feel like your body is your enemy, it does something that you don’t want like gaining weight, craving junk food, not wanting to stop eating, crave sweets. Have your ever thought why is it only for some people but not for others?Do you know someone who can eat anything and is slim?

Symptoms like: your body behaving like your enemy-gaining weight, having unstable weight, craving junk food and sweets, wanting to eat all the time or not wanting to stop eating are consequences of lost partnership with your body. When you listen and partner with your body, there is natural harmony and order. Your body gives you signals when to eat, how much, what and when to stop.

When you have this natural harmony, it’s easy to listen and co-operate/partner with your body. But when we don’t have this partnership  -the natural ease, order and harmony is lost and chaos, malfunction, dis-harmony and dis-order is developed. The eating dis-order is easily born. It’s easier to gain the partnership with your body back than to lost it. The way you lose the partnership with your body, you have to go AGAINST your body, it is difficult, but you have done it. So now, it’s much easier to go back to your partnership with your body back. It requires to act in harmony with your body and not going against. It is easier as it is natural.

I wasn’t always having eating freedom and permanently slim body. I was obsessed with losing weight and did many extreme eating disorder and diet behaviors. If only I knew then, how easy it was to have slim body!!!

Unfortunately, I was listening mainstream advice on how to lose weight and got completely derailed. It teaches to go against our bodies and ourselves, to be completely disconnected from our bodies.

After 12 years, I recovered fully and achieved eating freedom and slim body in just 3-6 months. Since then (5 years now), I have the same stable naturally slim weight and have complete eating freedom. All this just because now I am in tune with my body, I partner with it, respect its boundaries and not going against it as I did before. You can have it too!!
