How do you know if you are eating just the right amount of food for your body and not more?
The sure sign to tell is by feeling tired after eating or not. Your body is guiding you to be in your the most optimal state-being healthy and naturally slim. Your body knows what it is doing and it is communicating with you. It is giving you signals when it needs food and how much food it needs. It gives you a signal: I am pleasantly satisfied. When you partner with your body and you listen to it, all is well and functioning properly and your weight is stable and eating in order.
Many times, many people eat beyond the sensation/signal: “I am satisfied” and are eating until they are full or even beyond that fullness signal. When you stop eating when pleasantly satisfied-it means you ate just the right amounts of food for your body at that moment from that food. You won’t put on weight when you partner and listen to your body.
When you eat beyond the satisfaction signal, your body will let you know by the way you will feel-you will feel tired and will feel a drop in your energy level-feel sleepy, like taking a nap after eating. This does not happen when you eat just the right amount-or the exact amount that your body needs. When you eat more than your body needs, you will feel tired and you will also put on weight as you are eating more food than your body told you it needed.
