In this video, I am talking about what you could do to prevent developing an eating disorder in children. I talk about what causes developing an eating disorder, what could go wrong and how to stay in natural state or how to get back to it once it’s lost.

I talk from my own experience and experience of others what caused developing an eating disorder in me and what caused me to return to my natural state again.

I wasn’t always having eating freedom and permanently slim body. I had eating disorder for 12 years (food addiction, binge eating, yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, compulsive overeating, fasting, starving, bulimia etc). So I had no idea that I lost this natural partnership/respecting boundaries of my body and that’s why I was putting on weight so easily. I was obsessed with losing weight and did many extreme eating disorder and diet behaviours. If only I knew then, how easy it was to have slim body!!!

Unfortunately, I was listening mainstream advice on how to lose weight and got completely derailed. It teaches to go against our bodies and ourselves, to be completely disconnected from our bodies.

After 12 years, I recovered fully and achieved eating freedom and slim body in just 3-6 months. Since then (5 years now), I have the same stable naturally slim weight and have complete eating freedom. All this just because now I am in tune with my body, I partner with it, respect its boundaries and not going against it as I did before. You can have it too!

    What is an opposite of an eating disorder? You might want to recover, but do you know what is that natural state where you are returning to?

    I wasn’t always having eating freedom and permanently slim body. I had eating disorder for 12 years (food addiction, binge eating, yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, compulsive overeating, fasting, starving, bulimia etc). So I had no idea that I lost this natural partnership/respecting boundaries of my body and that’s why I was putting on weight so easily. I was obsessed with losing weight and did many extreme eating disorder and diet behaviours. If only I knew then, how easy it was to have slim body!!!

      6 Inner Conflicts Resolution In Eating Disorder Recovery-FREE Video Course

      Experiencing various inner conflicts within us is very common. When we have inner conflicts within us the life is hard and a struggle as they prevent us from moving naturally and smoothly in life.

      Inner conflicts are based on the fact that everything in life has advantages and disadvantages.
      Everything that we perceive positive has also a negative aspect or disadvantage and everything that we perceive as negative has also a positive aspect or advantage for us.

      Many times we are not consciously aware that something positive can have also the aspect that we see as negative and that’s why we don’t want it. In this case, we have this inner conflict going on that we think that we want something, but on the end of the day, we won’t take action, we procrastinate or don’t move forward and sabotage our desire or goal.

      The same happens even more when we experience something unwanted and negative in our lives like an eating disorder and weight gain or overweight, body insecurity, low self-esteem and low confidence.

      We consciously think that we don’t want this problem anymore and consciously want to move towards eating recovery and weight loss.
      But very often, this negative, unwanted experience has advantages for us that we are not aware of, so consciously we don’t see that the eating disorder or being overweight or being insecure can give us any benefits or advantage. Then we wonder why we cannot lose weight, why we cannot recover, why do we always mess up, why are we always so close and then fail?

      The reason is the inner conflict within us that we are not aware of or that we are aware of this inner conflicts but don’t know how to resolve them within us.

      Before I have recovered from my eating disorder and before I have lost weight and became permanently naturally slim, I had had many inner conflicts.

      One thing I know for sure is that if you don’t resolve your inner conflicts within you, you can stay in the same problem over and over and for many years and are not able to move forward in life as the inner conflicts keep you stuck and repeating the same behaviours.

      And one thing that I know for sure is that once you resolve your inner conflict about a certain aspect of your life, you are set free and the chains that were binding you are gone and you can move easily forward towards recovery or your goal.

      That’s why I have created 6 videos for you that are addressing 6 very common inner conflicts for people that suffer from eating and weight problems. I personally had these inner conflicts myself and had to resolve them before I could move forward toward my eating recovery.

        Is eating a negative or a positive experience for you?
        Eating is a huge and frequent part of your lives and every day. It does really make a difference in our lives if eating is a positive or a negative experience.

        For me, eating is a very positive experience for me. I look forward to eating, I feel happy when eating, I love and enjoy food and eating, I am excited to eat new or my favourite foods and meals or it is very relaxing and neutral experience. I can trust my body completely that I won’t put on weight but will stay naturally slim. This is very relaxing for me. I allow myself to feel all the taste and pleasure from food. Food and eating satisfy me in a sensual and nourishing way. Food is my friend, eating is very pleasurable and positive experience for me. I feel fulfilled with my relationship with food, eating and my body.

        But this was not the case for me just 5 years ago. Eating was for me very stressful, anxious and negative experience. I have suffered from eating disorder for 12 years and I was not able to just enjoy food and eating. I felt anxious and scared to eat certain foods. I was scared it will trigger me to overeat, to lose my control, and the most important to gain weight and get fat.

        I was disconnected from my body and senses while eating so I managed to get quickly over it. But I did not experience much pleasure during my dieting and food deprivation cycles. Deprivation of food and pleasure and relaxation sucks. Being disconnected from our bodies sucks. It was like I was not present there. And the physical consequences of feeling hungry, having grumbling stomach from hunger all the time, feeling dizzy, having low energy, mood swings…

        In my binge eating and overeating, bulimia cycles I was eating lots of food to catch up with food and pleasure deprivation from dieting cycles. But I still was not able to be “satisfied and fulfilled by eating food”. It was like I didn’t feel when I had enough and was not able to be satisfied so I wanted and needed more and more. But then I was too full and stuffed and felt sick, so the pleasure was destroyed. And then all the guilt and shame after eating so much food and not being able to be satisfied and stop eating. And the physical consequences of feeling sluggish, tired, sick, having low energy, gaining extra weight and feeling heavy and fat…

        That was quite an awful eating experience for me. And it was like this every day, 24/7, eating or not eating was always on my mind and was stressing me out, making me anxious, I feared of weight gain and of losing my control.

        Are you experiencing this too? I get you! It is so hard to manage life when eating food, such a basic and primal aspect of life is stressing us so much. It really diminishes and take away joy and affect the quality of our lives. It sabotages every aspect of our lives as it is always there present with us.

        I have transformed my eating from a negative to a positive experience in just 3 months. Imagine, having eating disorder/issues and weight problems for 12 long years and then suddenly all has changed and was different in 3 months-that was the most amazing experience of my life! It felt like a miracle as it was like experiencing day and night. Such a difference.

        How this happened and what I did to turn my eating and weight around? I started to partner with my body and with myself. I conditioned myself back to listening to only my body and myself.
        That’s it! I can show you how to do it too!
